近年來，隨著社會對環保的日益重視，國家對噪音

污染提出了嚴格的控制要求。國家標準規定居住、商業

區，晝間噪音≤60分貝，夜間噪音≤50分貝。并于

2018年1月1日起實施的《中華人民共和國環境保護稅

法》明確提出了對噪聲超標進行征稅。

In recent years, along with the increasing

attention to environmental protection,the country has

put forward strict control requirements on noise

pollution.The national standards for residential and

commercial areas: daytime noise ≤60 db,night noise

≤50 db. In addition, excessive noise will be explicitly

proposed tax according to<<Environmental Protection

Tax Law of the P.R.C>> which took effect on January

1, 2018.

對于穿越居民區、辦公區、動物保護區長距離膠帶

輸送機，國內外都對穿越段的噪音提出了嚴格限制，

禁止噪音超標的輸送機運行。近年來，由于噪音超標，

許多通過居民區的膠帶輸送機不能正常運行。

If longdistance belt conveyors is passing through

residential areas,office areas and animal protection

areas,the noise is strict restricted at home and

abroad,and excessive noise is prohibited for running

conveyor.In recent years, many belt conveyor through

residential areas can't operate normally due to

excessive noise.

經過實驗，使用靜音托輥是降低膠帶輸送機噪音、

滿足國家噪音污染標準規定的有效途徑。

Through the experiment of structure, the use of

mute idler is an effective way to reduce the noise of

belt conveyor and meet the national noise pollution

standard.
